Breaking Down

From far away you can tell
how happy that girl is.
Her life seemed swell.
Whenever she says,
"I'm great."
She soon will break down.
Just wait.
She covered herself with makeup like a clown.
She never let people see her cry.
She hid that side from everyone.
She just wanted to die.
She was done.
But her mind told her to keep going
that happiness will keep growing.
