Triggers come
Into my mind
Of their own
Volition.
I think
I need to see a doctor,
To check on my
Condition.
But he’ll
Tell me things
I’ve heard before:
Depression.
And tacked
Onto the end will be,
“You’ve gained a new
Obsession.”
Calls it
OCD, it makes my skin
Want to bleed and
Scream.
I try
To wash away my guilt,
But I am never
Clean.
