Stronger
Call me names, does it hurt?
I don’t know, just look at me
Do I cry or do I laugh
I do neither, I just stare
I know I will prove you wrong
People who rise but then fall
Do not deserve to be on the top
Because they stepped on others
Just to feel powerful and strong
But all it did was weaken them
They weaken and lose their beauty
They lost it when they called me names
Shame on them I learned to look down
Upon ugly hearts and only seek beauty
It sounds wrong but its right
Step on me all you want
I’m like a door mat to you
I will take anything you give me
And wash it off like dirt
You didn’t hurt me like you think
You only made me, stronger
