Inside the Mind of...
I might have done that...
and I might have not.
I might have put him to sleep,
but what's it to you?
Do you have enough evidence to prove me guilty?
Ha! I'd like to see you try.
My tainted record isn't a good enough justification,
but I give you props for the effort.
I have plenty of aliases,
so am I who you really think I am?
How do you know that I’m not innocent?
Maybe it’s because I’m not, but you don’t know that yet.
I have alibis, and I have my people;
you don't have anything on me.
You can interrogate me as much as you want,
but I'm not saying a word without my lawyer present.
I smirk at your glares and rising irritation,
for it doesn't bother me a bit.
I'm being impossible?
I'm endangering the lives of others?
Maybe that's the point.
You want to know what my angle is?
Why on earth would I tell you?
You still haven't learned my game;
what a shame.
I've survived before.
I can survive again.
