the dullest of grays
whenever you're not here
I don't fully blame you though
I know it's inevitable
but
what I do blame you for
is for making me
fall head over heels
for you
I blame you
for the butterflies
that swarm my stomach
and for making
the gory corners of my head
your permeant home
so that I'm constantly forced
to think of you
even when I try not to
