As much I hope to enjoy history,
It just simply doesn’t stay in
My brain, and when a test comes
I fail, simply because I don’t like history.

But there are some things that are interesting,

Like John F. Kennedy’s assassination, the Rough Riders,
And the Mexican war, but don’t you see?
Not everything stays in my brain.

But nowadays people might remember
Slavery but not Pearl Harbor.
But it just doesn’t simply stay in
My brain. History is in the past why don’t we just

Move on; I would love to remember
These special days, but I just simply
Don’t enjoy it.
As much as I hope to appreciate it
It doesn’t stay in my brain.
