A Rose
That is a symbol for you.
 Pure and loving,
 I must have you
 because you are my life,
but as I grew to worship you,
 you became a burning flame
 in my desiring eyes.
 And as my passions grew,
 I began to stalk you.
 Craving a kiss from you,
 to be with you,
to even be noticed by you,
You that I am addicted to.
So when I finally caught you,
in the shadows under the moon,
 you were my candle
 burning in the night.
 You were my fire
 that provided me with light.
But I did not want to frighten you,
only to be smitten by you.
 So before you screamed,
 I vanished in a blink
 leaving you,
 a white rose,
 dripping with red blood.
