I sit down after a bad day,
Am I where I belong,
Nothing has gone my way,
Will everything go wrong,
But then you are here,
A smile on your face,
And everything is clear,
You help me keep up the pace,
You make me laugh everyday,
You make me feel right,
What can I say,
You’re my light.

I was inspired to write this piece for my friends birthday. She is always helping me when I'm down, and I feel that she is my light.
