Head on the pillow
count some sheep
drift into oblivion
take the leap
no oxygen
scorching my lungs
fire in water
arrows in guns
heads on backwards
paralyzed with fear
who is that whispering
in your ear?
That’s not me
Trapped in the mirror
God take me anywhere,
Anywhere but here
Hands clasp my neck
Hands not so clean
Are we dying for real?
Or is life just a dream?
