Genii's Feeling
They told me i didn't belong and that I couldn't related. They publicized my wrongs waiting for me to retaliate. They wanted me to shrink my myself down and run away... Then after awhile i was consumed by their hate, hiding in the background looking around. Then snap, crackle, pop! I had enough. I ran to the front lines screaming," forget the hate!" I had enough of being stepped on and pushed around. I sang those songs. I wrote those poems. I rapped those lyrics that turned those heads. Then their hate was consumed by awe!! I'm not a lyrical genius but my words speak for themselves. I never was again told that i didn't have the talent. I wasn't # 2, 3 , 4, or 5 but somethings better. THAT I WAS PROUD OF DESPITE THAT CHATTER!! And i was glad my luck hadn't ran out. Finally i had some poetic justice.
