Child Abuse
You treat me as if I’m
An animal, you hit me
You insult me.
You hurt my feelings
You destroy my dreams
You treat me as if I am a slave
You put me to work hard from
Sunrise till sundown while you stay home, sleeping.
I try to get an education but you pull me back.
You abuse of me. You beat me with sticks because you’re angry
You bruise my skin and swell my eyes because you’re upset.
I cry every time you hit me but not of pain Of sorrow.
You mistreat me
You take away my rights
You don’t feed me
You don’t show love for me
While I am crying drowning in my tears you’re at the bar drinking beers.
What do I have to do to get a hug from you or even a pat on the shoulder?
But not Anymore I am your child, your blood I shouldn’t be treated this way and
I will fight for what is right to get away from your Sight.
