You may be an obstacle
Or just an inconvenience.
At times it might seem like you’ll win,
At others I am the champion.
While you appear tough and strong ,
I’ll be stronger, I will be wiser .
You represent my troubles that seem too big to overcome .
But I have endured greater feats
I have survived .
When the air begins to thin and losing hope is all I have,
The other side of you makes an appearance ,
The sight giving me strength to last.
Struggles come and go
Although some longer than others.
But after I am through with you,
You’re no mountain, just some rubble .
