Happy Ending

I closed my eye
Feeling all the pain in the world
"It hurts" I wanted to scream
But I knew it was worthless
For my death was certain.
This might be my last breath
My heart might stop any minute.
Darkness was all around me,
One spark of light could
give me happier death,
But I knew that, death
is nothing but dark.
So there is no
Happy ending, I realized
to close my eyes forever.

Since my friend say that all I write about is love and sunshine, I decided to write a poem about death.
