Reminiscence
I could almost taste the salt in the air,
Looking out at the ocean fair.

I watched the waves lap the shore.
 I wanted more.

I could feel the imprint of his hand.
I know I’d see him once again.

 Replaying the scene,
 It was a perfect memory.

My doubts and fears were no more here.
I was enveloped with the peace that once was near.

Indeed my life is changed for good.
At least I know that it should.
