Can You Hear Me
As time passes by, I wonder if it's time for me to fly Sometimes when I'm at home, I feel alone Please do not fear me, I just want you to hear me When you finally hear my voice, I will rejoice And if you can not hear me, Do not fear me For I won't be mad, I'll only be sad I'll never be free if you can't hear me, But I wonder if I should flee It just feels like you don't want me Gee, writing "Can You Hear ME" Makes me feel like you can't hear me Now I only have one question for thee, Can You Hear Me?

I wrote this when my grandmother died and I felt like nobody would understand the way I felt about her death, so I expressed it the best way I know how, writing!
