At the Farm
On my great grandpa's farm
The birds talked all day.
While the sun was beating rays of light.
The grasshoppers jumped all around the country side.
The cool breeze of the wind trickled down everyone's spine.
Pine needles from the pine trees were like toast
being crumbled.
The whipping of the trees in the wind.
And under the deck a cat meowed.
Both the cat and I could smell the BBQ chicken on the grill.
Exhaust from the 3-wheeler was awful.
Dust from the gravel stuffed my nose up.
The fragrance of the country side air tickled my nose.
A "vroom" sound comes from the lawnmower outside.
Great grandpa snoring in his recliner.
And great grandma's rhubarb punch was amazing.
Now it's time to go.
See you in a month or two.
