Disintegrate this Darkness:
Disintegrate this darkness,
And ridicule it unsound.
Until there is nothing left of the fragments
And the darkness is unwound.
The darkness can be patient
Until it lies and plans to take over again,
This is the time that you realize,
It’s not noticeable, it’s within.
This the moment where it obscures everything from view
You’re left there panting and staring
Because now it’s just the darkness,
And you.
Confronting your demons,
It’s such a noble thing to do.
Except the moment you noticed it,
It didn’t go away, it grew.
