I am not a Hero
I'm not a hero,
You call me a hero for the great works you say I do,
But you do not understand, I am not a hero,
Not any more than you...
But still you call me a hero,
Because I did what no other would.
You say that my spirit is made of steel,
While other men's are made of wood.
You say that I move mountains
While others struggle with their packs.
And when the wolves go on to attack,
You jump with glee for you will see me act.
While others call me renegade.
you laugh and simply say ( That is a true Hero)
But I shall say again, and please do understand,
I am not a hero, I am just a man God has made...
So next time you see me,
Or a deed that I do,
Do not send me your praises,
Only give God what He is due.
