Procrastination
This habit haunts me.
My head slowly start to ache, leaving my mind blank.
It’s like a sickness I can easily cure, but choose not to.
Why?
Why do I do this to myself?
I can already see the circled “F” smudged on my paper in red pen.
I frantically stare at the bright computer screen.
Hoping words and paragraphs will magically appear.
Instead, a small, black line flashes.
Each flash feels like a stab.
And still, no words come to mind.
