First Deer
Beautiful creature
As I saw you were a doe
When you ran,you were a blur
As I watched you from afar
I knew that you would be mine
As you were running from a car
When you turned my way
I thought you would stay away
You never thought you would be slain
My hopes rose as you got closer
I hoped my gun didn't have an error
My dad asked me if I wanted to take her
As I got in my crosshair
I steadied my gun
Bang, blank stare
