I don't mind it now,
Having the coldness sweep over me like dust on a stone floor,
Being engulfed in a pit of darkness,
With no way to climb out of it,
Getting more tired by the minute,
Until I reach the stage of a deep slumber,
No one can awake me from.
In the last minutes,
I laugh,
Recalling all the joyous moments of my life,
I close my eyes smiling,
Then take one good last sweep of the world.
I see then the green grass fade,
And the red trees fall,
Until there is only black.
I don't mind it now,
Dying.
