R.I.P
Memory howls in the wind and grief falls in stinging drops from the black clouds above their bowed heads, no one taking notice as they stare blankly ahead.
Mother Nature grieves as one of her children lay in a sullen black box, prematurely leaving this world, his family and the life that was once ahead of him.
Family joins the howling winds as realization once again strikes a painful blow against their hollow chests. They add to the falling drops each is reminiscing the years to come without him and the words they wish they had said, should have said and will never be able to say.
They shudder as the Reaper sweeps through, taking everything but the painful memories with him. As family and friends turn to leave a little girl is left, a little girl who has lost a best friend and will now roam the world lost and searching for something to fill the ever present void in her now heavy chest.
