The Sun shines in the sky,
Lighting up the Milky Way,
Creating night and day.
As the Earth rotates,
And the skies turn to night,
Stars sparkle brilliantly.
Constellations form,
Telling stories from the past,
Like Andromeda and Cassiopeia.
Venus and Mars are visible too,
Although we may not recognize them,
Appearing as just a brightly shining star.
The Hubble telescope orbits the Earth,
High above our atmosphere,
Sending pictures to NASA,
From places like the Eagle Nebula,
Helping us to learn and understand
The world we live in.
