The monsters,
Shadows,
Chase me,
I can feel their need,
Their thirst for my soul,
My very essence,
What makes me, me…
They want it,
They are Godless creatures,
All I can do is run,
Run as fast and I can and pray fiercely,
Pray to God that I live,
That he saves me or takes my soul from the Earth and brings it to Heaven,
The place everyone, but no one can describe,
I use the word perfection when God comes into play,
He is eternal, the Father, my protector,
Though the Devil’s soulless monsters are at my heels,
I can still look to God and pray to him that my soul is saved,
It would be easier to give it up,
Hand myself over to the Devil,
Let them make me emotionless and cold,
But God makes me strong,
Strong enough to keep my head above the water,
The water that is desperately trying to drown me,
Thrashing me every which way,
I rarely get a break to breath,
But I will fight for my soul forever,
I am a warrior for God,
I will meet the Demons head on,
And fight them,
I will fight to live in Him,
The One who Is,
He is I Am,
