Little Toys
Your little toy won't satisfy you.
I've been with the girl you are,
I've made more than his mistakes.
His downfall may break him,
As he searches himself for flaws,
Yet you'll keep living.
He'll hold a barrel to his head,
You'll hold that stranger to your waist.
He'll feel useless,
And you won't ever reply to a text.
He can watch as you case up memories.
You can laugh when he hits his sheets alone.
But for all his self-proclaimed faults,
All of his unreasonable doubts,
He'll be on thing you never could,
Free.
Eventually.
