Love
Tastes like cream,
Fresh and smooth on the tongue,
Taken in slowly to enjoy every delicious moment.
Trust
Feels like fire,
Burning and warming to the soul,
Enveloping all who wish to be enveloped.
Honesty
Smells like lavender,
Sweet and surprising in the heart,
Diffuses through a room unceasingly.
Comfort
Lies in cream,
Burns in fire,
Rests in lavender,
But grows with time.

The author's comments:
This piece was inspired by the relationships in my life, for people are very important to me. I broke down where I found peace in this chaotic world and it was in love, trust, honesty, and all this gave me comfort.
