When the man walks up to me,
He gets the last words,
And drags my throat,
Into his manipulative atmosphere.
The only things coming out of my mouth are,
"okay" and "yes"
He's so logical,
His logic intervenes reality,
He sharpens the idea,
Into his idea...
Distorting meanings,
And twisting thoughts.
If the voice is the wind,
His voice is a hurricane.
Too assertive only to find aggression,
Look me in the eyes when I do well...
No, when eyes are filled with hatred,
Which only keeps the body frozen,
And fills it with unwanted jerks and tremors.
There's only one way to find salvation...
Crawl deep in the shell called Emotion,
Where the walls are strong and filled with empathy.
Where we run and hide in search for care.
How can you hate someone by the name of Father?
Even at bliss he contributes to an issue.
Waving his nicotine in the air,
Quit three, four times but never can hold it back.
Does that make you the "Big Man"?
Can't hold the truth,
But I thought integrity was your main game.
You want to be there for your kids,
You can't be Mommy or Daddy.
You can only choose one,
But I remember you can't be either.
Both of you got stories for a separation,
But I don't know who has a better explanation.
You both agreed you choked my Mother.
But on your side of the story she'll take it all...
"Your money, your kids, your life..."
I wonder sometimes,
Why are you my Dad?
I guess it's just another lesson I have to understand,
But when there's no supply and more demand,
For something you can't give me hand in hand.
After all the mistakes we made,
After all my feelings calm down,
Like the tide of the ocean floor.
At the end of the day...
You're my Dad,
And Iove you even if I don't know what love is...
