Prisoner's Lament
I’m a madman seeking asylum…

My flaws don’t need a cure
 They need accompaniment

I don’t want a remedy for my head
I just want you to never leave us alone together

But all we’ve gotten is solitude

I just want a friend beside us
To stand beside, when the pain subsides

 I’ve waited patiently for them
And yet I’m still in shock treatment

 I don’t want memories
I need a mate in my cell

For my sins, I don’t need forgiveness
Just someone to walk with in Hell…
