Another handful of chips
Another chocolate chip cookie
and another gulp of Root beer
Not that it matters
Tomorrow I will be asked the same question
"Do you eat?"
"You're so skinny"
Skinny spider-like legs
arms that go on for days
a fit flat abdomen
Does being skinny have to be such a crime?
Doesn't anybody understand how much I eat?
I really have to apologize because I'm active?
I stifle a sigh of stress and reach for
Another handful of popcorn
Another sandwich
and another gulp of Mountain Dew
