Reflections
Snowflakes slowly fall to the ground,
Each one floating gracefully in the air,
Letting the wind carry them to their destiny.
I can’t help but think each snowflake is like a person,
Not one is alike,
Each flake has its own unique shape,
The sun shines through each flake in a different way,
And each had their own rainbow to reflect upon the world.
But when together they create a beautiful, serene white blanket.
Snowflakes make each blistery winter day beautiful,
They create a winter wonderland for children to play,
They provide slopes for people to ski and have fun,
They please everyone they encounter.
But one individual crystal cannot make a difference,
It takes millions to create these works of art.
