WHY AM I BOTHERED BY MY FATHER?
WHY AM I BOTHERED BY MY FATHER?

I can’t watch TV with my father,
I can’t stand his constant talking,
I can’t understand why he doesn’t ever stop ranting.

How does he not pick up,
That I hate it when he spouts,
Even though I tell him every waking day?

All of this makes me want to:
Rip my hair out, bite down as hard as I can,
Smother him with a pillow and storm out.

 I constantly offer him food,
 To keep his mouth full.
 But its short lived.

 I now watch TV alone,
I now read books and magazines alone,
I needed to get away From his chattering.

WHY AM I BOTHERED BY MY FATHER?
