What interest has the world in the simple?
One plus one is two.
Boredom comes quickly,
So obvious no one cares.
To bring the audience, the drama,
Complications.
Love triangles.
Perhaps even circles,
Nets, webs, loops,
Secrets within secrets.
Drawing in the audience, they love the drama,
Yet are constantly frustrated,
Unable to comprehend,
Through all the twists and turns,
What the final outcome
Truly is.
One plus one is two.
What interest has the world
