Box of 64 Crayola's
If you look closely, my family could be thought of as
a large box of Crayola crayons.
My dad, Steve, represents the yellow-section in the box-
Laser Lemon, Canary, Un-mellow yellow;
He is outgoing and funny, but occasionally sour.
My mom, Tara, is the green-scheme,
Forest Green, Caribbean Green, Inchworm;
She can be deep, but everybody loves her.
Mitchell is the obnoxious one,
Hot Magenta, Screamin’ Green, Electric Lime;
Always wanting to be the center of attention,
And the colors successfully stand out.
I would describe myself as the section of pinks,
Pink Flamingo, Salmon, Wild Strawberry;
I’m the mellow color of the family, & my cheeks are always
Rosey.
My family makes up the sections of the crayon box,
All in different parts,
And even though we have some holes,
Those spaces will fill as the generations go on.
