why do I hide
go inside myself
instead of reaching out
believe it or not
I'm scared
I hide
a quake in the dark
and I long for courage
getting there is hard
but doing the actual stuff is easy
I'm scared
this year has many challenges
this year possesses impossible tasks
I'm scared
there's no other words for it
