The Joy of Depression
Sadness is the highest form of joy.
A song becomes your elegy
And a book becomes your biography
And the stars seem placed there just to remedy you,
And everyone wants to care for you,
And you write like the scribes of God.
Joy is the greatest sadness.
It is irreplaceable,
Unrepeatable,
Fickle,
And no one cares when you’re happy,
And you boast like the messengers of Satan.
