"History will be kind to me for I intend to write it." -Winston Churchill

Writing a letter or visiting a friend never killed anyone
So why do we sit alone, in the dark, staring at a glowing screen?
Nature does not need improving
So why do we strive to change?
Every invention has benefits
But do the drawbacks balance the scale?
People will survive if technology is stripped away
So why do we cling on for dear life?
Innovations can change lives
But are they for better or worse?
“It’s convenient.”
To whom? The car accident victim, or the grieving family?

It’s not worth it.

Hang up and drive.

I was inspired by Jacy Good after an assembly in my school. I just so happened to have Creative Writing class directly after.
