Blood.
Everywhere.
On my face,
so much blood.
Bullets.
Everywhere.
Guns firing endlessly,
killing off our soldiers.
Bodies.
Everywhere.
All around me,
dead comrades lie silent.
Battles.
Everywhere.
Back against the wall,
I admit defeat.
Banners.
Everywhere.
Living under their control?
I’d rather join my fellow troops.
