I need a first aid.

No
I can not wait.

because today could be my last day

do you not hear me?
do you not hear my screams?
do you not see an unpleasant sight forming in front of your eyes?
do you not hear my cry for help?
do you not hear me calling your name?

I need a first aid
right away
at this very moment
at this very scene.
