i am trapped

i am trapped
trapped in this scared body
this body that feels nothing but pain,
sadness,
loneliness.
i'm trying
trying to find a way out
a way to stop
stop hurting,
crying,
depriving.
everywhere i look
blood,
tears,
bones,
regret.
the more i scream the more i bleed
the more i eat the more i deprive
the more i think the more i regret
the more pain i feel the more alone i am,
the more i want.
i'm desperate
desperately looking for alternatives
cutting,
purging,
dieing.
i am trapped...
