Ready to Take on the World

My dreams are showing to be true now,
though im scared im ready to be free.
These dreams came in their own forms,
showing that i can be the real me.
My dreams are becoming bigger,
close enough to see yet not touch.
My dreams are coming true,
i just cant let myself rush.
My dreams are so close i can touch them,
Im ready to take on the world!
