In the Meadow
In the meadow I walk
There are a number of dreams,
They don't see or talk to me
So I can continue on to a nearby stream
In the water I see my face
He gazes into my eyes laughs,
I run away but it gives chase
So I continue on to a new path
In the woods I hear the trees
they storm around spreading fear,
I cower alone wanting to be free
So I continue on to a new place in tears
In the end I find my home
There is warmth and happiness inside,
I go in joy like a scholar and tome
So I stop and smile back at my wild ride.
