Years of Impossible goodbyes
The years went by they say
The memories from day to day
Time that'll never be the same
Time that reaches above the pain
Their hearts beat as one
Their eyes meet as fast as a gun
Time came and gone
Just two single pawns
In a world of love and hate
On one single board we desecrate
"Life will never be the same."
As one says in a claim
"We've had so many times."
The other says to insure they're fine
They smiled at eachother
As if they were two brothers
Hand in hand, they left the scene
Towars the love that was seen
As they left looking back on time
To a place once of love so devine
Now a war zone of a future not the same
No wonder they have so many to blame.
