In neon stain
To wash away
Yesterday’s pain
Would you
dye the sky
In earth tone tints
To make this world
A renewed place
Would you
Airbrush the sky
In hues of black
To bring out
The darkness
Hidden in
The dancing shadows
Would you
Gloss the sky
In rosy shades
To create
A more
Passionate society
Or would you
Leave it blue
To represent
The sky
The only thing
Not changing
In this ever changing world
