I’ve thought plenty,
Thought about the waves
That crash coldly on the shore.
About the wind
That carries the dead leaves of last November,
And that melancholy thought of you.

Thinking about you
And all your imperfections;
Your dreamy accent
And big hazel eyes
Your bad sense of humor
That could always make my day.

Even the distance can’t…
And will not set us apart.
You’ll always be in my heart
Because I’ll always
Be thinking... of you.

What inspired me to write this poem, is a very special person I left behind. I moved states so I left everyone that was close to me, and I decided to write about him.
