The wind flurries,
leaves are being swept away from your feet
Just as your heart flurries,
As the pain sweeps the feelings away.
Days come and go,
The thought of life isn’t there,
People come and go,
Lives taken.
Taken forever,
Their face will never been seen
The nation will not notice,
The pain in the hearts of the loved
Beauty and faithfulness,
Gone forever,
You are taken,
Taken from us.
