Our relationship is a roller coaster.
I’ve waited in line so long HOW LONG
To ride
All this time
All you’ve done
is take away my pride.
You bring me up to the top,
Just to let me drop without notice
Terrifying me,
Losing all focus.
When we go down I hold on to you close,
that’s the time I need you most
It’s a never-ending battle
Loops and whirls
Screams and cries
Hellos but mostly goodbyes.
I want it to end.
Sick of going in circles.
Get me off.
Please.
I'm turning purple.
