The Path That I Must Follow:

I could wallow in self-pity; for what?
This? This life that has been laid out for me, no choice of what really was meant to become of me;
What goes on in this soul that lives within..
One person, one day, so many emotions to sort day in and day out;
What's left for me when it's announced?
What direction will I be all but forced to take?
The path that I must follow.
Different choices, different mistakes;
Improper handling of these stupid feelings; exhaustion.
Like being trapped in a circus and hating a clown; nowhere to go, yet everyone is there.
Or like a mime trapped in a box, yet the box is your own fate.
Bottling it up, nowhere to release.
Till the final explosion making things even harder to deal with day by day.
Misunderstandings from all around you, when you don't quite understand it all yourself.
Unknowingly walking down this path of life; the path of fate.
