On Pain
What is what we call pain?
What we call pain is what makes people cry
Whether the pain is on the outside or inside
Pain is emotional and physical
Which means that it is and is not visible
Pain is like dust you can't see
Until there's a lot of it
Pain is not well understood
Some people want to heal others pain if they could
Pain is like a wound that will keep hurting until its all gone
People tend to keep their pains bottled up and then they let it out
It's like when volcanoes erupt
Pain hurts no matter what kind
Pain hurts the body and mind
All pain hurts the brain
It is almost impossible to get rid of pain
Pain is like a disease, it comes and goes
And it always hurts you in the same way
Pain makes you cry
It is emotional and physical
And it will always hurt, even when pain is completely understood
