Just an innocent girl,
Wide eyed in the world,
He took my hand,
Stole my heart and all,
Just when it was up,
All came crashing down.
He took her hand,
And half of my heart,
I cant be the same.
Confidence is draining,
Hope fading,
What is left of me,
Shattering.
Trying hard to resume,
Carrying on,
Getting revenge; and over him,
Oh how bitter sweet this is.
No matter,
No harm,
No healing,
Time passes and seasons change,
Feelings fade,
But the scars remain.
Ever since last December,
I cant feel complete again.
