Delve into Love
I have never been here before.
Before you, there were scattered thoughts, insignificant sources of happiness, and wandering eyes.
Stomach to stomach, one breath for each of us, you out, me in, like a rolling sea, in tandem.
And nothing could feel more right.
A small hand and a big hand, fingers intertwined, interlocked, laced together with love.
And then I fall so hard, so fast, so long, I don’t know where I’m going, how long this journey will last, but none of that matters, as long as you are by my side, breathing, growing, going on and living.
Unconditionally, irrationally, irrevocably, inexplicably and wisely, I will love you, from every unoccupied space in my body, with every beat of my heart, and every brush of my skin against yours.
